Does Broker Seva take commission on my deals?
No. Broker Seva charges a membership fee, not a share of your brokerage. Agree the brokerage and payment terms directly with the people involved in the transaction.
Who can see my properties?
Each property can be private, shared with your syndicate, or public. Private listings are for your own inventory; syndicate listings are accessible to the group. Public listings may appear on the public website and be viewed without broker sign-in. Review the visibility setting before sharing. Recipients can still copy or forward information.
Does Broker Seva verify property ownership?
No. Listing information is supplied by the listing broker. Phone verification for callback requests does not verify title, ownership, project approval or a broker’s credentials. Confirm availability and check documents independently before proceeding.
Which cities does Broker Seva work in?
Broker Seva is available to real estate brokers across India. Listings and matches depend on the eligible inventory available in each city. Browse the public properties to see current availability.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Use the subscription controls for your purchase to stop future renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancellation and refunds are different; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the applicable terms.
