The people behind the app
Broker Seva is built by two partners who already worked together at Avantage Group — one who learned real estate by working as a broker, and one who builds the technology.
Co-founder & CEO
Sumit’s experience combines business consulting with hands-on work in real estate. Before taking over his family’s real estate business, he worked as a broker to understand how buyers, sellers and brokers work together. He brings that perspective to Broker Seva and is also Meer’s partner at Avantage Group in Nagpur.
Co-founder & CTO
Meer leads the technology behind Broker Seva, including its mobile and web applications, matching functionality, and inventory access and sharing controls. A software developer and Sumit’s partner at Avantage Group, he focuses on making the app practical for brokers to use between calls and site visits.
From experience to an idea
Sumit and Meer were already partners at Avantage Group in Nagpur when Sumit began preparing to take over his family’s real estate business. He first worked as a broker to understand the day-to-day work behind property transactions.
That experience highlighted how much property brokerage depends on connecting the right people with the right information. A buyer may need a property that another broker has, but the connection can be missed when details are scattered across messages, notebooks and spreadsheets.
Sumit and Meer built Broker Seva to bring inventory, buyer requirements and broker collaboration into one workflow. Brokers can organise their listings, review relevant matches and speak to each other with clearer property context.
The app supports that work. Brokers still confirm availability, check documents and agree transaction terms directly.

Broker Seva was co-founded in Nagpur by Sumit Thakur, CEO, and Meer Sheikh, CTO. They are also partners in Avantage Group. Sumit worked as a broker before taking over his family’s real estate business.

Broker Seva supports independent real estate brokers, property consultants, channel partners and broker teams. Builders can also share project inventory with brokers. Listings and matches depend on the eligible inventory available in each area.
