How do I add a property to my Land Bank?+

Open the app → Land Bank tab → '+' button. You can add manually or scan from a brochure/photo.

How does Smart Match work?+

Every time you add a property or buyer requirement, our engine compares it against the entire network. Matches are pushed to you in real time.

I'm not getting verified for KYC.+

Make sure your Aadhaar/PAN matches your registered name exactly. Common issues are spelling differences or expired RERA certificates.

Can other brokers see my private listings?+

Never. Private listings are visible only to you. You explicitly choose what goes on the public Land Bank or to specific syndicates.

How do I withdraw money from my wallet?+

Wallet → Withdraw → enter UPI/Bank. Payouts hit in 24 hours on business days.

I want to delete my account.+

Settings → Account → Delete account. Your data is hard-deleted within 30 days, as required by Indian law.
